The role is responsible for translating high-level requirements into Simulink models, developing control logic with Stateflow, automating modeling and analysis tasks with MATLAB M-scripts, leading model-based testing to achieve 100% MC/DC coverage, and collaborating with hardware and software teams. It requires expert-level MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow skills, Simulink Test Manager and coverage experience, and knowledge of HVAC thermodynamics and physical-system modeling; embedded C, Python, and microcontroller hardware experience are preferred.
