JRAD is hiring a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support the Transportation Security Administration’s Security Capabilities, Requirements and Engineering activities. The role develops requirements artifacts such as Concept of Operations, Operational Requirements Documents, and Functional Requirements Documents; promotes and applies Model-Based Systems Engineering methodologies and tools; and supports other TSA engineering needs. The position is remote or telework-based, with preference for candidates in the DC Metro Area, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of systems engineering and requirements development experience, specific MBSE and requirements-development tools, and eligibility for a DHS Secret security clearance.
