Description
MTSI is hiring a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Architect to lead MBSE activities for government and mission-focused digital engineering initiatives. The role covers system-of-systems analysis, digital mission workflows, requirements development, preliminary design reviews, integration testing, architecture documentation, and coordination with government technical representatives, subcontractors, and technical teams. The position requires a related engineering bachelor’s degree, at least five years of recent systems or software development methodology experience, TS/SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and familiarity with digital engineering frameworks; compensation is $120,000 to $145,000 per year.
