MTSI is hiring a Junior Model-Based Systems Engineer / Digital Engineer to support a government/contractor team evaluating legacy architectures and new mission technologies. The role involves developing system concepts, requirements, trade studies, technical documentation, testing and integration support, risk analysis, and review of systems engineering documentation. Candidates need at least two years of related professional experience, MBSE and Cameo Systems Modeler or Architect experience, knowledge of UML, SysML, and systems architecture frameworks, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is based in the Suitland, Maryland area, requires active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship, and pays $121,000 to $145,000 per year.
