Zoox is hiring a Model Maker Technician to create high-quality prototypes and first articles for autonomous mobility solutions. The role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines, setting up tooling, performing metalwork and fabrication, inspecting parts, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and other fabricators. Candidates need at least two years of experience in prototyping or fast-paced manufacturing, proficiency with engineering drawings and CAD, precision measurement skills, GD&T knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
