Model Validation Analyst at Citi

Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a Model Validation Analyst to validate and monitor wholesale credit risk and climate risk models used in bank risk management. The role performs independent model testing, annual reviews, performance monitoring, remediation reviews, regulatory and audit support, and validation reporting, while contributing to model validation standards and process improvements. It requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong quantitative and programming skills, a bachelor’s degree or above, and offers a hybrid work model with up to two days at home per week.
