MANTECH is hiring a full-time, onsite AFSIM Specialist to support the Secretary of the Air Force, Studies and Analysis (SAF/SA) at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. The role conducts short-notice and long-term analytical studies, develops trade-off analyses for Air Force combat aircraft and weapons, creates and maintains AFSIM models and run sets, runs and validates simulations, and presents conclusions and recommendations to Air Force decision makers. Candidates need at least four years of modeling, simulation, and analysis experience, AFSIM modeling and code experience, and a current Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI clearance. The projected compensation range is $114,600 to $190,200, with health insurance and other benefits available.
