Description
Modeling & Simulation Engineer role focused on robot models, environment models, and a scalable simulation pipeline. The engineer will define simulation requirements, build mathematical models of robots and scenes, integrate simulation-based assessment into CI/CD, and collaborate with simulation, motion planning and controls, field operations, and intelligence teams. Required background includes an MS or PhD in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, plus experience modeling complex dynamic systems; preferred experience includes Isaac Sim, optimization, contact modeling, 3D world models, GPU-accelerated physics simulation, cloud deployment, CI/CD testing, real-world data-driven simulation tests, and HiL testing.
