Description
Torch Technologies is hiring a Modeling & Simulation Orchestration/Kubernetes Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama, to support testing of complex systems in distributed Hardware-in-the-Loop and cloud-based simulation environments for the Missile Defense Agency. The role focuses on designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, deploying containerized applications, automating CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code, monitoring systems, troubleshooting during test events, and applying security controls. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, at least two years of related experience, a SECRET security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, Linux, and Git. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 0–10% travel.
