AbbVie is hiring a Data and AI Acceleration Manager to embed machine learning and statistical methods into clinical trial design and development workflows across Data and Statistical Sciences. The role maps current workflows, identifies automation and augmentation opportunities, oversees tool adoption across therapeutic areas, translates business needs into developer requirements, defines processes and governance, and enables end users. Applicants need a master’s degree with 8–10 years of experience or a PhD with 5–8 years of experience in statistics, data sciences, or a related quantitative discipline, along with clinical trial design, change management, and stakeholder engagement experience.
