AbbVie is hiring a Data and AI Acceleration role within its Data and Statistical Sciences organization to embed machine learning and statistical methods into clinical trial design and development workflows. The position maps current workflows, identifies automation and augmentation opportunities, oversees tool adoption across therapeutic areas, translates business needs into developer requirements, defines processes and governance, and trains and enables end users. Applicants need a master’s degree with 8–10 years of experience or a PhD with 5–8 years of experience in statistics, data sciences, or a related quantitative discipline, along with clinical trial design experience, change-management or process-improvement experience, and strong stakeholder skills.
