Lam Research is hiring a Modeling Engineer 3 for its WETS Product Group to develop multiphysics models of semiconductor capital equipment reactor systems. The role involves CFD, FEA, electrochemical, thermal, chemical, and mass-transport simulations; design-of-experiments and lab validation; design recommendations; technical reporting; and intellectual-property development. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree and at least five years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or three years with a master’s degree, or a PhD without experience. The role supports hybrid work arrangements and offers on-site flex or virtual flex options.
