Fractile is hiring a Mid-Level or Senior Modelling Engineer to develop high-fidelity pre-silicon models for its AI accelerator hardware. The role sits within the simulation and modelling team and focuses on architectural exploration, functional and performance modelling, bottleneck analysis, and enabling early software development on virtual platforms. The position is based in London or Bristol with hybrid working, and requires strong experience in pre-silicon modelling, SystemC or similar frameworks, C++, and architectural/performance analysis; ML accelerator experience is a plus.
