Description

CPS is seeking a Modern Work Consultant to design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for their clients. The role involves leading client engagements, understanding business problems, and delivering solutions that meet and exceed expectations. The consultant will also contribute to the growth of the Modern Work & Security Practice and stay updated on future strategic needs and technologies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in designing and developing business solutions based on Microsoft 365 technologies, including planning, deploying, and supporting production implementations.
Broad knowledge of solution delivery patterns and practices, application lifecycle management approaches, with experience gained through all phases from design, development, test and release cycle to delivery and maintenance.
Proven ability to design, build and demonstrate Microsoft 365 capabilities to prospective clients.
Proven ability to estimate at a high level, the effort required to deliver an engagement.
Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops and manage expectations with all levels of customer stakeholders including C-suite.
Proven ability to document the findings of workshops in the form of current state assessments, solution designs, and strategy recommendations.
Proven ability to write a solution design that can be handed over to a delivery team to implement.
Experience of on-premises solutions built on SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition (desirable).
Experience of Google to Microsoft Migrations (desirable).
