AustralianSuper is hiring a permanent, full-time Modern Workplace Operations Analyst for a flexible hybrid role supporting workplace technology across Microsoft 365, end-user computing, identity services, and modern workplace technologies. The role involves resolving complex incidents, investigating root causes, partnering with internal teams and vendors, contributing to change and release initiatives, supporting deployments and upgrades, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and Copilot technologies. Candidates need strong IT support, troubleshooting, ITIL, and modern workplace technology experience, along with exposure to AI and Microsoft technologies; Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency is required.
