BAE Systems is hiring a Modification Embodiment Period (MEP) Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of ship modification, upgrade, and repair activities across international maritime programmes. The role coordinates UK programme teams, shipyards, OEMs, naval stakeholders, engineering teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel; manages work packages, resources, risks, and performance reporting; and provides on-site leadership to deployed teams. The position is based in Portsmouth Broad Oak with 2–3 days per week on site when not deployed abroad, and requires at least 12 months in the current role, preferably in ship repair, maritime upgrades, or naval platform modifications.
