Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Modification Embodiment Period (MEP) Project Manager to lead ship modification, upgrade, and repair activities across international maritime programmes. The role coordinates UK programme teams, shipyards, OEMs, naval stakeholders, engineering teams, subcontractors, and in-country delivery personnel; manages work packages, resources, risks, reporting, and safety; and provides on-site leadership to deployed teams. The position is based in Portsmouth Broad Oak with 2–3 days per week on site when not deployed abroad, and offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The salary is circa £60,000 plus a bonus scheme, and the vacancy closed on 7 October 2026.
