The role coordinates modular construction projects from order intake through handover, bringing together project teams, production, procurement, suppliers, and logistics. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing project documentation, managing material requirements and suppliers, coordinating container shipments and shipping documents, supporting cost and capacity planning, improving processes and occupational health and safety, maintaining ERP and organizational data, and supporting apprentices and the Fleet Manager. The profile seeks a technical or skilled-trades background, practical technical experience, MS Office and ERP knowledge, understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to read technical drawings and construction plans.
