Description
Bosch is hiring an Assembly Engineer to plan and release assembly processes and manufacturing cells, define equipment specifications, evaluate equipment and process performance, develop troubleshooting guides, support corrective and preventive actions, and improve OEE, FPY, MTTR, and MTBF. The role requires a degree in mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering or a related field, basic knowledge of SMT, selective soldering, AOI, and box-build assembly, familiarity with PFMEA and control plans, strong communication and teamwork skills, and fluency in English and Malay. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.
