Description
The role plans and optimizes assembly processes, supports RFQ and investment calculations, defines equipment specifications, manages manufacturing-cell setup and release, evaluates equipment and process performance, develops troubleshooting guides, and drives corrective and preventive actions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 3–5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience, and at least 2 years of hands-on assembly experience including line setup, process planning, PFMEA, and Control Plan development. The position also requires international travel and offers leave entitlement and company insurance.
