onsemi is hiring a Module / Thin Films Engineer to develop and support the manufacturing of 300mm silicon wafers for automotive and consumer applications. The role owns critical CVD and PVD processes and AMAT and LAM equipment, improves yield, cost, and throughput, resolves production and equipment issues, supports lot disposition, and uses data analysis and statistical process control. A BS degree in engineering or a technical field, two years of semiconductor-processing experience, CVD/PVD knowledge, data-analysis skills, and English fluency are required.
