Description
TSMC Arizona is hiring Module Engineering Managers for its 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona across CMP, CVD, Diffusion, Dry Etch, Wet Etch & Clean, Lithography EUV Process, Lithography EUV Hardware (Scanner), Metrology, and PVD. The roles focus on sustaining high-quality wafer production, improving process and equipment fundamentals, driving yield, productivity, defect reduction, and manufacturing excellence, managing engineers/technicians, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting tool/process transfers, qualification, and calibration/compliance activities. Candidates must have 8 years of semiconductor industry experience, 2 years of people management and development experience, a BS in an engineering field, and must be available for weekend on-duty/after-hours support; the position is on-site in Phoenix and requires short training in Arizona and Taiwan.
