onsemi is hiring a Senior Module Engineering Manager at its EFK Hopewell Junction site to lead engineering functions supporting critical manufacturing operations. The role owns manufacturing performance, drives qualification and adoption of process and equipment improvements, leads unplanned events and root-cause analysis, applies data analytics and continuous-improvement methodologies, and develops engineering capability through coaching and mentoring. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline, at least six years of relevant experience, and three years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations. The base salary range is $127,200 to $217,800, with benefits and potential bonuses.
