Description
Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Epitaxy Process or Equipment Expert to serve as a technical subject matter expert in EPI process and equipment, troubleshoot complex wafer-fab problems, lead continuous-improvement and project teams, support customer KPIs, and mentor junior MPEs. The role requires 10+ years of EPI process or equipment engineering experience, a strong wafer-fab background, data-analytics capability, advanced integration knowledge, and expertise across four or more processes on two or more technologies. The position is available in Austin, Boise, Dallas-Richardson, Hillsboro, Phoenix, and Santa Clara, with 25% travel and relocation eligibility.
