Description
The SF Standard is hiring a Fall 2026 intern in San Francisco to split time between The Waggle gossip and society column and The Moguls reporting on wealth and power. Responsibilities include attending events, tracking the social calendar, cultivating sources, pitching stories, researching and reporting with senior reporters, and writing concise, witty blurbs and original stories. Journalism experience is not required, but strong writing ability and published samples are expected. The position is in-office with occasional remote work depending on shifts and pays $25 per hour; it may be part-time or full-time.
