Description
The Mohs Frozen Section Histotechnician prepares and maintains frozen-section equipment, processes and cuts frozen sections, prepares and labels slides, reviews staining, distributes specimens to the Mohs surgeon, maintains records and supplies, and follows safety and quality-improvement procedures. The role is full-time, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 4:30, and requires certified Mohs training or significant work history with excellent references, along with significant technical expertise and a high level of responsibility handling delicate specimens.
