Description
Continental is seeking a Mold and Bladder Operator responsible for performing mold and bladder changes during shift operations. This role involves conducting mold and bladder changes according to schedule and work instructions, verifying conditions before installation, and supporting quick changeover activities. The operator will also ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, reporting abnormalities and escalating issues promptly. Additionally, they will assist with basic cleaning, part movement, and molding component preparation.
