Description
The Mold Line Operator works a full-time, hourly, Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and Friday 5:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. schedule, rotating through a 10-job production line that makes quality sand castings for memorial plates. Responsibilities include assembling patterns, flasks, gates, and core prints; monitoring the spraying booth; adjusting sand machines; filling and leveling molds; shaping sprues; and breaking excess sand. The role requires physical lifting up to 75 pounds, hand-eye coordination, independent work, problem-solving, general math, reading work orders and dimensional drawings, tape-measure reading, safety compliance, and willingness to cross-train. The stated pay range is $19.00 to $28.17.
