Description
RPO is hiring a Mold Maker for its Diamond Turning group to fabricate, modify, repair, maintain, and improve precision molds, mold components, tooling, and fixtures used in optical injection molding. The role combines precision machining, tooling design, troubleshooting, process improvement, and support for production changeovers and new-product development. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience, strong machining and tooling knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment. The position offers competitive compensation, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, health, dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance, and a Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. schedule.
