Description
The EPDM Weather-Strip Production Associate produces automotive weather-strip by operating EPDM molding presses, inserting profiles and inserts, loading materials, operating continuous drilling machines, inspecting quality, loading processed parts, completing production paperwork, and following work instructions. The role requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., the ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents, basic mathematical and communication skills, and the ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 35 pounds. Attendance is required for at least 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
