Description
Molex is hiring a Mold Process Engineer in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, Mexico, to lead injection-molding tooling and process development for transportation and industrial solutions. The role owns mold qualification, scientific molding development, launch readiness, production transfer, process optimization, CAE validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, while managing schedules, budgets, milestones, and technical documentation. Candidates need at least five years of injection-molding and tooling-development experience, along with DFM, CAD/3D modeling, CAE, GD&T, and project-management experience; a bachelor’s degree, Six Sigma certification, scientific-molding certification, simulation software, ERP/PLM, Excel, and NX experience are preferred.
