The Mold Setter Level I sets up, installs, adjusts, and maintains molds and injection molding equipment for production runs. The role includes routine equipment maintenance, monitoring machine operation, resolving minor alarms and issues, loading robot and machine programs, and collaborating with production and quality teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior manufacturing or molding experience, mechanical aptitude, English proficiency, and the ability to work overtime. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime as required, and the position involves standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
