Description
Centro is hiring a full-time, exempt Mold Shop Leader to lead and oversee the maintenance, repair, readiness, and inventory of production molds. The role coordinates with production, engineering, and operations; supervises and develops Mold Shop personnel; supports safety, quality, continuous improvement, and recruiting; and performs hands-on mold maintenance and repair as needed. Candidates need mold-shop or similar manufacturing leadership experience, MIG and TIG welding proficiency, mold maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge, shop-equipment experience, computer skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. The position generally requires 45–50 hours per week, with occasional weekend work and schedule flexibility.
