Description
O-I is hiring a Mold Shop Supervisor for its Tracy Plant in Northern California. The role supervises hourly personnel across machine and mold shop operations, reviews quality and equipment data, analyzes blueprints and specifications, manages preventive maintenance and department KPIs, enforces safety policies, and oversees Mold Maker apprenticeship programs. The position requires a high school diploma, supervisory and project-management experience, strong mechanical and leadership skills, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering, glass manufacturing knowledge, prior mold shop experience, and SAP knowledge. The salary range is $115,000–$125,000 with a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus, plus health, dental, prescription, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
