Description
SMC Ltd. is hiring a Mold Technician to set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection-molding processes, molds, robots, dryers, heat and cooling systems, runner controllers, and secondary equipment. The role also includes maintaining production-ready floors, recording process parameters in IQMS SPC format, mentoring Level One and Level Two Mold Technicians, and performing assigned maintenance and training duties. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, completed SMC Mold Tech Level One and Two training, at least one year of thermoplastic or LSR machine-setup experience, and knowledge of molds, IQMS, and material-handling systems. The position offers a Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule and health, dental, and vision insurance.
