Description
SMC Ltd. is hiring a Mold Technician to set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding processes, molds, robots, dryers, heat and cooling systems, runner controllers, and secondary equipment. The role also involves maintaining production-ready floors, recording process parameters in IQMS, monitoring machine cycles, and mentoring Level One and Level Two Mold Technicians. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete SMC Mold Tech Level One and Two requirements, have at least one year of thermoplastic or LSR machine-setup experience, and possess knowledge of molds, material handling, and IQMS. The position offers a Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule and health, dental, and vision insurance.
