Description
The Molding Production Associate performs dimensional, functional, and visual quality checks on molded products, documents defects and production issues, packs and labels finished goods, clears equipment, maintains materials and inventory, and supports production, quality, and continuous-improvement activities. The role requires basic computer, organizational, communication, and math skills; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, while two years of manufacturing experience can substitute for the diploma. The position is based at BD’s Columbus molding center in the United States and requires at least four days of in-office presence per week.
