Description
The Molding Production Associate performs dimensional, functional, and visual quality testing; documents defects and production issues; packs and labels finished products; clears equipment; maintains materials and inventory; and supports production, quality, safety, and continuous-improvement activities. The role follows a rotating C-shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM at BD’s Columbus molding center in the United States and requires basic computer, organizational, communication, and math skills, with a high school diploma or GED preferred or two years of manufacturing experience in lieu of the diploma.
