Description
The Molding Production Associate performs dimensional, functional, and visual quality testing; documents defects and production problems; packs and labels finished products; clears equipment; maintains materials and inventory; and supports production, quality, safety, and continuous-improvement activities. The role requires basic computer, organizational, communication, and math skills, a high school diploma or GED, or two years of manufacturing experience, and is based in Columbus, Ohio, with a minimum of four days of in-office presence per week.
