Description
Eaton is hiring a Molded Magnetics Engineering Manager to lead the development and deployment of molded inductor technologies and product platforms. The role owns material formulation, molding process innovation, product design, technology roadmaps, reliability qualification, manufacturing transfer, customer application support, and product lifecycle management. It also manages and mentors the product development team and collaborates with marketing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials field and at least 15 years of hands-on experience in molded powder inductors.
