ABB is hiring an Injection Molding Process Engineer to optimize injection-molding methods, processes, and equipment for its Installation Products Caribe LLC ELIP Division in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. The onsite role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing labor hours, defining production process sequences, supporting equipment and process start-ups, evaluating new technologies, and leading improvement projects while meeting quality, cost, safety, and cycle-time targets. The position requires at least three years of manufacturing experience and three years of injection-molding experience; a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in Spanish and English.
