Description
Alcon is hiring an Associate II, Molding & Tooling Engineering professional to support mold tooling and injection molding process development, defect analysis, tooling optimization, process troubleshooting, pin proofing, CAPA investigations, process characterization, validation, change requests, and yield and quality improvement. The role requires 1–2 years of molding or tooling experience, good English communication, and a bachelor's degree; an engineering degree is preferred, while relevant experience in other disciplines is acceptable. Knowledge of MiniTab and Power BI is advantageous.
