Description
Biomerics is hiring an experienced Mold Maintenance Tech to support injection molding operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production tooling. The role performs routine mold cleaning and changeovers, diagnoses tooling-related quality and process issues, conducts inspections and sampling, documents repair history, manages spare tooling, and collaborates with Molding, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams. The position requires at least five years of hands-on experience maintaining multi-cavity close-tolerance molds, technical school and a state-certified apprenticeship, blueprint and CAD/Solidworks skills, mold manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to use a milling machine and surface grinder; micro-welding and machining are preferred. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
