Description
Caframo is hiring a Molding Operator to operate and monitor automatic plastic injection molding machines in its production team. The role includes troubleshooting machine jams and process issues, performing mold changeovers, handling materials, monitoring production efficiency, maintaining molds, operating an overhead crane, recording production data, and maintaining a safe work environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while 1 to 2 years of manufacturing or related technical experience is considered an asset. Compensation is $24.14 per hour for a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with training provided for relevant equipment operations.
