Description
The Molding Mixer replenishes resin and pigment in molding machines, handles product and color changes, monitors and maintains resin silos, surge bins, and color units, performs resin and pigment blending and testing, maintains production-floor cleanliness, and supports resin and pigment engineering trials. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a noisy production environment with heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and repetitive physical movements.
