Description
The employer is hiring an entry-level Injection Molding Operator for a 2nd-shift position at its Eau Claire plant, working 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The role operates injection molding machines, finishes and trims molded parts, inspects for defects, completes production paperwork, maintains work areas, and follows safety procedures. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, along with attention to detail, self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to perform repetitive work.
