Aptiv is hiring a Molding Process Engineer to support plastic injection molding process development for its connection systems product lines at the Saltillo Technical Center. The role covers conventional, insert, and co-molding processes, tooling and equipment support, process certification, new technology and supplier evaluation, plant troubleshooting, training, audits, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, scientific molding training, MoldFlow knowledge, injection-molding troubleshooting ability, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel in Mexico or the United States as needed.
