Description
Molex is hiring a Molding Process Engineer in Nogales, Sonora to lead the introduction, qualification, transfer, and continuous improvement of injection, liquid injection, liquid silicone, insert, and overmolding tooling and processes. The role partners with product development, quality, production, planning, mold manufacturers, designers, and suppliers; develops mold design specifications, establishes molding parameters, resolves tooling and process challenges, maintains qualification documentation, coordinates plant transfers, and supports compliance with quality, safety, environmental, Six Sigma, and other management systems. Candidates need a professional degree, three to five years of hands-on plastic injection molding experience, advanced English, and experience with molding-change validations and design of experiments.
