Description
The Molding Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine and molding shop operation, as well as all associated design and specification activities. The supervisor will review bottle quality and equipment operating data, analyze plans and specifications, conduct inspections, manage department KPIs, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Requires experience in supervising and training employees, effective communication skills, project management skills, and strong mechanical experience. A high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of leadership experience are required, with preferred experience in SAP/ERP systems, a union environment, and molding shop operations.
