Description
The Supervisor, Manufacturing (Molding) leads and directs injection molding and assembly of component plastic parts, supervises assigned molding-area employees, trains and evaluates staff, audits quality and productivity, coordinates workflow and cross-departmental issues, completes process checks, and applies root-cause problem-solving techniques. The role reports to the Department Manager, Molding, requires one year of related leadership experience, and typically does not require travel.
